It in a way reminds me of Impressionism. Is that what you were aiming for? Or are you a painter in training? If it is Impressionism it's very good.

Dose her hair part at her wings? I see a little pink behind her wings and tail(that's why I ask). Or is Fluttershy in the style of how you see her? Because I thought she had a bit bigger tail and mane.

Eye's are very hard to draw let alone paint. I think you did good with that. I just think you need to add a little more eyelash to the top part of the eye. She has a very gentle look (as you know ) and I think its important to catch that softness in her eyes (sometimes, not just pose - which you did her pose good btw )
