Another digital redo of an old design! Strangely enough, the more I kinda draw Fasttrack, the more I start to like him. He's still a discount XLR8, but drawing him is kinda fun!Related content

This is AWESOME. Especially his forearms, the lightning bolt (nice touch), and his entire head. Love his blades, sunglasses, spots, colors, clothing, and Rath-like mouth.

I'd personally give him a tail to make him more like a cat, but this looks really cool. I don't think Fasttrack isn't so bad. In fact, he's probably one of my favourites.
Also, I'd like to imagine the Kinecelerans and the Citrakayahs having a racing tournament every few years to see which is the fastest species in the galaxy.

I actually love the idea of him with the tail! Although, I often get complaints about making him more cheetah-like, so I scrapped it and just left it as something we might've actually seen onscreen. However, I could definitely add the tail to a future design I've wanted to do for him in my own little personal reboot series I've been dong.
And honestly, that would've made for a really interesting joke, maybe even an episode if there's enough story to it. Not a bad idea at all!

Well, word to complainers, that's the point. He's a cat. Cats are supposed to have tails. It would be silly to give him a redesign and not give him a tail.
And you, Don't let other people tell you what to do. Do what YOU want to do. It's not their design, it's yours. Add in a tail however you want it.

Sorry, I wrote this at 5 am so I was a bit out of it to say the least.
What I mean is, I'm more annoyed when people think that since their idea is better, they have to kinda shit on someone else's take on something. Artistic vision is very different for everybody. But having someone say their versions is 'superior', is really irksome, and isn't needed. However, I tend to get it a lot.

Granted, I have a ton of really nice people I have cool conversations with when they tell me an idea they've had about the same subject, but they don't act like I should personally cater to them, those are my fave types of people to talk to.

Your redo of your old drawing is like 1000 times cooler, than it was (no offence, you improve even when I think your art couldn't gen any cooler).

I semi agree and semi disagree with him being a discount XLR8. Based on what the show has said, Fasttrack and XLR8 are fast in different ways. XLR8 supposedly is fast due to a power in manipulating friction. Whereas Fasttrack is just plain body speed.

I had fun redesigning him some as well for Guardians 
Giving him Thundercats style tracking power as well as making it clear that he IS slower than XLR8, but still physically stronger so that his attacks do more damage due to his speed. AS well as using his claws more.
