Check out this evolved fish stickUltimate Ripjaws has the added ability of using the air in the water around himΒ to create a jet stream to swim super fast, can camouflage underwater, can puff up similar to aΒ puffer fish and use his poison quills as defense, has bioluminescence to help him see in the dark, Sharper/more powerful teeth/claws, equipped with breathing apparatus to spend longer time on land, and can travel deeper depths without the major effects of pressure.

-Moisture Absorption Gills (can absorb water from the air and seal it in his gills, the smallest bit can last him for hours)

Wow I love the idea of the poison quill blowfish power for his Ultimate Form. I had an idea in my head of an Ultimate Ripjaw'sΒ bioluminescence angler could glow and light up dark areas AND pulse out electricity relative of an electric eel.
