Beautiful drawing, I really like the emotion you evoke here. I don't know about others but I like the original chronicler best.
While the fanfics where Ignitus is the chronicle are cool and interesting, there is only so much you can do with it; unless of course you are a creative genius. This chronicler was far more mysterious and had a unique air about him. I was thinking, this dragon was never given his own name. Surely he used to have a normal existence like Ignitus, so he would have had a given name.
I suggest he be called 'Jarvis', here are my reasons:
 -  his character is voiced by the actor Martin Jarvis.
 -  'Jarvis' is the name of one of dragons you free in the first Spyro game so naming the first chronicle this would not inappropriate for a dragon at all.
