Description
A while back I drew up a concept design of a robot, who was created by the Ruler of Junkyard, that eventually became the first sentient mechanical being within my whole shared universe. I gave him quite a bit of an upgrade though using HeroMachine 3. I'm not a master when it comes to drawing my people/humanoids, but I still go for it anyway. However, in this case, and several other cases I decided to go with the HeroMachine 3 route.

All I can really say about Him (I still haven't given him a name. I'm trying to avoid anything that ends with "tron" because it just seems too cliche) is after WWIII, He upgraded from his scrap metal body to a police drone body. He then started creating more sentient robots, and eventually created a new nation that was pretty much robot-only (with only a very small handful of exceptions). He is their king (both of the fembots behind him are his wives).

This nation of A.I.s ranged from where all of Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington used to be. They are a peaceful people and only fight if they absolutely have to. Their nation is probably the safest place in all of the wasteland.
