Here we see Curlfinger, an alter ego of Wanda from the episode Double-Oh Schnozmo!

She is the caretaker of the 4 versions of Timmy living at Turner's (even if the town is not Dimmsdale and Timmy's parents are not there, everyone calls it the Turner's residence due to 3/4 of human inhabitants having the surname Turner)

There's no need to acquire money in that society, so she does just housewife related activities and in the freetime just hangs around town with everyone else
