It's actually my idea on an alternate course of events of the episode, in which Bart actually manages to behead Lisa's body, making him the new sole owner of her body... I also thought of a couple of stories featuring the consequences

I thought it would have been more interesting if:
1) Lisa died and Bart would have been brought in jail for 15 or so years, and then he tries to connect with his (now her) family, but Marge doesn't forgive her for the murder of Lisa (I thought of making this part of my chaos series too)
2) A thunder strikes the blades of the saw, making Lisa's mind shift from her brain into her spine, thus making her a conscious body with Bart's head replacing her own. At first she'll be heartbroken and very angry with Bart, but after a long time she forgives her ex-brother/ new-head for what he did to her and they live together from now on (also thought of making this a chaos story)
3) Lisa gets Bart's body, that was kept on cryogenic stasis by Doc. Hibbert. Later investigations revealed that the grafting of Bart's head on Lisa's body was completely unnecessary, and Doc. Hibbert was condemned for crimes against humanity. His researches though opened the way for new medical procedures, and Bart and Lisa entered medicine books as the first case of successful head swap ever performedΒ

I dunno. The committee that decides what episodes pass censorship is a bit random. For example, the episode of My little pony with the flim flam brothers I think it's been banned, and I have no idea why... I mean, what could be so bad about ponies???

I don't know. Some people find just little things wrong with an episode and ban the entire thing, rather than censoring it or taking out a scene.

Luckily enough, I've seen someone write about it (might have been you, but I don't remember clearly) so I went rampaging trough internet to find it. When I found it I was the happiest guy on the planet. The fact that I sorta called the episode plot in my deviations before was all a big bonus
If it wasn't for this person I would never have known this episode existed in the first place, since it takes a couple of years before the new episodes are released in ItalyΒ
