Andre is part of the emerald team in the Capture the flag game at the BL apartments.

His weapon?

Water Balloons.

Andre is a pretty good shot, so he's sitting up on a balcony, slingshot and hose with him, waiting to see the next victim come on out.

His outfit is a modified TF2 Sniper uniform he made for the occasion. He wanted to feel fully like a sniper. plus it was fun to try and draw.
