xD I don't even know if we'll get a fledged out fight between these two before the series is over, but whatevs I'll satisfy my random desire to see them hashing it out.
I don't know what Shigaraki did... well actually I have some ideas of what he'd have done.
Still working on those action sequences, also rain, rain is fun.

All For One: "A magnificent piece of art indeed. I, All For One can feel the raw impact on the Midoriya brat and poor Tomura. It is a rare feeling of fate, that only I and All Might have...but not for long. Our successors will come to know this kinship, very soon. The anger in Tomura's eyes cry out to me, yet at the same time wishes to prove his independence...eventually this clash will happen and I simply cannot wait to see how Tomura has grown since my recent imprisonment. Only time can tell, marvelous work, keep it up!"

This is really well done and I love how the aesthetic works with what is happening in the picture. The rain looks great and the poses are really vibrant and expressive but little things I feel like are a bit off is shigaraki's waist and marks on his face. His wist looks a bit too small (or maybe it's the view) And the Marks on his face is pretty cool too but, I just fell like maybe a bit more time could make it look dry and cracky like his skin. Besides that, It's great and keep it up, dude!

Oh, wow! This is so well done! FRICK!
Both characters are very dynamic - I can see what actions each is taking, despite this basically being a screenshot of a larger fight. A REALLY well defined screenshot. I LOVE the setting - that is, I love the rain, as it actually enhances the lightning of Izuku's One For All power. Or rather, the lightning of One For All enhances the rain.

The EMOTIONS though! Emotion is the thing I love most about My Hero Academia, and the thing I love most about Izuku, and it's great to see some tangible emotions in both characters featured here. Izuku is crying, as he does, but that is NOT shown as weakness - it seems to add to the legitimacy of the power and determination he displays. Tomura Shigaraki has the look of a man about to kill, with a hint of that childish pissiness he's displayed since his debut. I have no doubt Izuku can counter Shigaraki, but at the same time, I have no doubt Shigaraki will continue to fight like an enraged madman.
I, uh... I don't have much else to say, and I'm terrible about talking what I love about art anyway. The most I can say is, "It makes me feel things," and that's true for this. I'm tense, excited, apprehensive, and hopeful all at the same time.
Also, I like the title of this piece. Just want to say that too.
