Have some angry Cyborg.
I've been wanting to draw his new arms since I saw them in the manga, however the details on them are a bit hard to make out so I had to take a LOT of creative liberties in order to draw them. xD And I probably added a few things that obviously weren't there *cough* glowing parts *cough*. Ah well, it was fun and I need practice with mechanics anyways.
