well, this was a quite a bit more challenging than the Lt Hawkeye one just due to his hair which was, well, time consuming. OH and the lightning angle took some thinking, and i still dont think its excatly right but i dont care! haha i'm really starting to get the hand of this tablet, and everyone can expect more work to come, hopefully an original character will be on the way.
anyways, this is Legato Bluesummers from Trigun, my favourite bad guy in the series. trigun was the first anime i really liked and started the monster that is my love for anime now haha.

i was debating about colouring him the whole... i was thinkin of just making it sort of match with my Lt Hawkeye one...
then iwas thinking, if i did colour him, his skin colour is well, skin colour, his hair is blue, and the rest wouldnt change, so i think i'll just leave it as is for the time being, heh maybe in the future.
