you might think me foolish but I liked my first incarnation when traveled the universe, first exploring, not really interfering really but just experienceing history first hand and not just oberserving from one of the time viewers on gallifrey. I think all my incarnations are proud that you saved as many as you could though I was curious why in the time war noone thought to create an escape plan other than yourself, inspector.

I'm not one to interfere much myself...but I do...I guess.
I'm not sure if any others managed to escape Gallifrey. Rassilon certainly wasn't happy about me running away....with all the cowards. But My duty was to the people of Gallifrey not the tyrant version of the first Time Lord.

I never liked rassilon, he was a politician who was the only one who decided to imbue himself with immortality and from what I saw on earth between the master, the doctor, rassilon, the timelords, and gallifrey coming back, it just confirmed my dislike of the lord of gallifrey's civilization.

Ah...you are assuming the immortality was by design. Because of the Vampire war he might in fact be afflicted by the vampire curse. In the beginning there was even a vampire cult within the Arcalian chapter of the Time Lords. But of course the Time War made destroyed and remade many places, times and people. So it's hard to say whether he was bad or is bad now.

Well some called him a benevolent ruler but many said he was cruel and evil and by this recent sighting of him not wanting to die and the timelords awakening there founder and his mad plan, well lets say I still think he is bad. Also on one of my recent adventures I found a crack in time and space, I'm not sure what it is yet but a shapeshifter used it to get to earth to use it as a base to wage war against his enemy using making a deal with ice warriors to give him the power he needs to defeat his enemies if he delevers them earth which he would have succeeded if I hadn't arrived. It was my vacation day too so I was very cross to find out that the shapeshifter was using time experiments all over earth. The fool...
