Too bad the episode was a stand-alone. I think it would have been a wonderful arc for the third or fourth season but no, we got Daolon Wong and Tarakudo.

Okay, I one episode of "the Jacky Chan Adventures" Jacky's niece Jade (much younger than shown here) wanted a tattoo. Ofcorse responcable uncle Jacky said no, but when jade found the book that let Shendu (the evil Dragon-demaon from the first season) controle the Shadow Kahn (demon-ninjas that can emurge from any shadow) an image from one page transplaned itself on Jade's ankel which made her the new master of the shadow Kahn. Gradualy Jade became more gothic untill she ended up sitting on the shado kahn throne dressed and colered like a demoness, and talking in a voice that was much too big for a 10-12 year old girl, ofcorse Jacky broke the spell, rescued jade, and he shado kahn dissapeared back into the shadows untill the next episode.
also in a Much later episode the wrighters sent an adult Jade back to her childehood why exatly I forget, but I that vesion had the figure we see in this picture, so I guess this would be "in an alternate univers where Jade grew up on the shadow kahn throne."

i think she got jipped by losing her shadowkahn powers. would have proven incredibly useful come the oni and other shit that went down. hell, all of those cool powers she got over the course of the seris should have stuck. like when she had the talismans inside of her; though shouldn't she have turned into a female dragon or something at that point? though when it came to the demon mojo flying around, i think it was insulting to her to have to turn into an ugly old frog. why couldn't she gotten wings, or turn into a badass thunder demoness?

not really a rabid fan fo anything, i just saw the entire series like anyone else and thought there could have been a lot of improvements and potential stories that were otherwise ignored.

Watched it from debut to finale. Great show. I'm curious: Is this jade as if she'd never recovered from the first incident or did she go back and reclaim the Shadow Kahn later in life?
