Description
In my Superhero games there is an organization which polices the Super Hero community. SHOP (Super Human Operation Pacification) is a rather rigid organization with money and technology. They can be very heavy handed and can interfere with heroes more then most want. They are to protect the public and control meta beings. They are both good and evil depending on where you look at them from.
This is one of their base foot soldiers. High tech weapons and power armor with a gleaming gold coloring is their signature.
