Description
A few years back I was running a writing campaign for "Doctor Who" starring The Time Scout (Time Lord character of my old friend )
I'd made him a cast of companions to choose from and a "new" villain to face. The game went cold before the revelation of the evolution of a classic enemy. The adventure was this and the cliffhanger we left at was this but the twist was at the end of time itself the blue haired folks above where an offshoot of the Cybermen that had evolved into a less aggressive species but still knew and respected their progenitors. It was meant as a morale play on can good rise from evil.
