I don't recognize the species, so it must be one of your home-brews. Good imagination, I must say! Despite the Heavy Metal curves, she does look like the ultimate Gadgeteer (to use an Edge of the Empire specialization) for self-modding, and likely colder than a Hoth summer.

You just haven't found a character you like enough that is that species. It's hard to accept fringe races when you know nothing really about them

I just found her origin. She was very young when her home world was attacked by hostile aliens. Her planet and the system of worlds within it were very peaceful and she was injured by planetary bombings. The expansion of the Galactic Empire destroyed the invaders and the people of the system were inducted into the Empire without resistance. Tira always felt a debt for that and join the Empires bounty hunters after accepting cyberntic implants from themΒ
