She's primarily a teleporter, though can use her energy as a weapon.
She's also a pure energy being. That whole outfit is but a containment suit. Her true form is the black bubbles. (Think of Wildfire from Legion of Superheroes, but with different powers.)

Hmmm. Johann Krauss from Hellboy 2 (and the comics of course) could fit in as well. Ghost in the (machine) suit.

I think she had the power to project her "arms" as energy blasts and form them into shapes like Green Lantern. She could also teleport or transport the team in some way because that was her job after she replaced U-Go Girl. It was an amazing series; really well done. Superheroes dying left and right!

Ha, ha, yeah, I think that was the idea. The series came out, I wanna say, 2003 or so? So Reality TV was still growing at that point.

They ran a series that I believe fans got to select some of the final member of the team from this mass of costumed heroes. Todd Nauck drew and wrote it I believe.
