Powers & Abilities: Very physically strong and excells in combat. A good strategist and a total beast
when it comes to table tennis. After going through several experiments,he now has no definite shape, allowing him to access hard-to-reach areas.

A renowned police-officer-turned-TUFF Agent, Howard always believed that he has to help other people who can't fight for themselves. He saw TUFF as an opportunity to do just that. Despite of keeping up his "big, strong and no-nonsence agent of justice", Howard is actually very cheerful, energetic and friendly and so he was loved by his fellow agents not only for his skill in strategy but also for being a friend who is willing to lend a hand in times of need. Soon, he got happily married and had two children, twins in fact.
Indeed, Ol' Howard life was very happy, almost perfect...
Then Howard was chosen to become one of the few menbers of TUFF who got sent to an isolated island in the Pacific. There, they became the members of TUFF's "Special Containment Unit" or "the Unit" for short. He was assigned as one of the guards there. After a few years though, von Rothmann snapped and started to wreak havoc in the facility, while converting everyone into mutants. Howard tried to fight back and rescue the others, but he got killed after one of the facility's supercomputers exploded. Then von Rothmann decided that his dead body would be one of her specimens in trying to perform necromancy. After months of hard work, she miraculously managed to raise him from the dead with dark magic. However, while his life was restored, his burned and mangled body didn't cached up, turning him into a living blob of flesh...
Despite of his horrible appearance, Howard still retained remnants of his former fun-loving personality. He would try his best to communicate and make friends to strangers and fellow mutants alike. He is susceptible to von Rothmann's psychic commands though. Very few of his memories from his happy past were intact.

A real shame about what happened to him. He was just a friendly dude who had a nice family. At least as a living blob, he's still friendly and trying to make friends. Although you have to be weary of the commands he's given, it also goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover. It'd be nice if he was reunited with his wife and kids, despite his mixed up memory. Hopefully they'd still love him. ^^
Him being great at table tennis sounds awesome to me! I wonder how well he'd do against Dudley and Kitty, considering how good they are at it in the show?

Y'know, maybe they could've been, or they might've been part of the same squad back in the police force.
Yeah, poor guy. Maybe Jake can work with Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell to help him out once he recognizes him.
