For those who don't know this Mexican Telenovela: Marimar is a Mexican Telenovela about a rags to riches girl that seeks revenge against the family of her husband for her arrest and the murders of her grandparents.
About Nuremberg: Nuremberg is a 2000 docudrama miniseries based on the Nuremberg trials, the post WWII international military tribunal by the allies against the surviving Nazi war criminals that lasted from November 20th, 1945 to October 1st, 1946.
How I would make it work: In the aftermath of the 'Aldama War' that devastated Britain and left hundreds dead, Marimar, Sergio, Angie, Father Porras and Donald Simpson are put on trial by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), lead by Judge Maxwell Harkness. Can Marimar and Sergio prove their innocence and expose the former prime minister's guilt or will they fail?
