Bio: The youngest of 12 children, Yoltzin's parents met in 1887 after exposing themselves to the Monocanium salt and a blind date, set up by La Muerte and Xibalba. When Yoltzin was born, she didn't have powers until her 15th Birthday. As Mr. Hyde and La Llorona were emotionally negative alter-egos of their parents, Yoltzin's alter-ego matched her assertiveness and nobility: Bigger, stronger and beautiful. To retain her appearance as Yoltzin, she ingests Xocolatl with Nutmeg. Her first experience as Maria came when she busted a criminal plot, but she came to prominence when she became chief draftsman for the Empress of Louisiana, then Chief Engineer for that Vessel's 1st 5 months. In the sinking of HMS Panthalassa, she used her abilities as Maria Hyde to save hundreds of lives. After Sudrian Independence, she was the architect of Allcroft City. She's an honorary member of Team Monster, and has recently won a Nobel Prize for her Architectural innovations.
Personality: Happy, Brave, Devoted, Shy and Grumpy.

Yes you are correct there, capable mother, and ancient times, the larger woman or male showed they were eating well, and had a regular supply of food, rather than more modern times where it can be eaten to excess.
And thank you for being understanding. And yes, transition from child to an adult can be a scary time, and the Sex Ed classes were either "funny" or "scary" and not so much the informative side.

Typically, the legend goes she was once a woman named Maria who drowned her children in rage towards her former husband, and thus condemned to search for her children. In my version, Maria was married to an abusive, jealous man who threatened her children if she left the house. One night, he accused her of cheating on him and attempted to kill her and the children. She was more clever than him and she pushed him into a river to drown. With his last breath, he cursed her to stay on earth until she found true love. For years, long after she died and her offspring passed away, she searched for true love as La Llorona when he arrived in Mexico: Henry Jekyll. He had escaped England after he himself died, still struggling against his other half, Edward Hyde. The night of his arrival, Hyde fought Llorona until he became Jekyll. He reunited Maria with her children, with whom she lead to heaven and in return, she made a concoction that cured him of Hyde. They were to follow Maria's children, until it was discovered she was pregnant with Yoltzin.

A bit more about her: She is an architect, she built a ship called the Empress of Louisiana, she built A city on the Island of Sodor called Allcroft. Her flaws are: Always trying to clear her parents' name, whom the public accuse as murderers. She has to always dodge organizations who want to profit from her talents, she hates not being able to wear size small clothes. She was born as Yoltzin, but when she became a teen, she became Maria Hyde: The resulting evolution from her father's experiments of enhancement, and her mother's powers from the Aztec spirits. Now, she must drink a milkshake to retain her preferred, small human appearance in contrast to her normal appearance of a 8ft person with huge muscles, green hair and violet skin. Her likes are caring for her workers, celebrating the Sudrian Day of the Dead, cake batter ice cream, her family, her friends and Carlos the Mexican Engine.
