I like your "cut-out" style of shadding, its used alot but you seem to add your own flavor to it. hehe

You work well with vector (I'm guessing vector). Nice work with the thick outlines around the character. It helps it stand out in the peice. Do you use Flash or Illustrator? He may be smiling, but the thumb down says the weather stinks!
