Doctor Destiny reminds me a lot of Mannish Boy from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Stardust Crusaders (this picture reminds me a lot of this art of Mannish Boy and his Stand Death 13: www.deviantart.com/art/Death-T… ). Both have the power to enter people's dreams and torture them to death with nightmares where they can die in real life. Both are sadistic and intellegent. Both get their comupence in the end from soneone onto their plans (Kakyoin and Batman).
