Scourge goes through and rethinks his whole life from start to finish. It didn't end happily and realizing his life is nothing to be proud of.

(Scourge's super form is represented as his inner demon and anger in form.)
(Anti Jules in my own theory was assassinated at the Great Peace, representing his grief for not getting his father's attention when he was a child. Which doesn't make him a evil person but makes him a bad father.)
I have a lot of feeling towards Scourge, give him more love.
