Gorgeous lineart - love the kind, soft facial expression here, and the slight lean to the pose is a wonderful touch!
Loving the subtle definition of anatomy which you are wonderful at, and the fur texture and detail is really beautiful - and for some reason I'm overwhelmed with an urge to POKE DAT NOSE!

Thank you! I feel so out of touch drawing borzoi so that must mean that I'll have to draw more of them. x3 Ha ha. Yeah you know I always feel the need to add a bunch of details to my lineart but since this was more on the cartoony spectrum I tried to tone down all of the anatomical definition lines, especially because it makes him look so much nicer and young. ^_^ LOL
Oh yes, poke that big ol' honker. I would. LOL. I'd honk that nose though.

Ah, well, you know where I stand there - I can never just leave something alone, I always end up poking at it and adding details - like that drawing of Axis, my Russian Dreikov male with the super-exaggerated profile and the golden earrings and floaty metal bits - it started as a scribble, which turned into a flatcolour, which turned into a speedpainting, which turned into... yeah. So much for the undetailed colourless sketch... :'D
And you are wonderful at putting something cartoony yet still capturing the essence of the animal and the detail of the anatomy without it being overwhelming or distracting, it'sΒ a really wonderful and unique look and I recognise your toonified canines right away! <3 I'd know them anywhere.
And YUSH. HONK THE NOSE! (Kroven noses are rather less honkable though, unfortunately... )

I most certainly will let you know when I do. Ive just been really busy lately, so I haven't had time to work on my art. I am actually almost done with several works already, and I am planning on getting them up soonΒ
