It is an anime called "noragami" although this girl character only appears in the manga.

Noragami follows the manga and then stops after a certain episode and ends with a filler. (12 episodes)
But Noragami is a supernatural themed anime. We follow a god called yato the god of calamity. He does all kind of jobs/wishes for 5 yen so he can build his own shrine. Then there is a accident with him and a girl, thus she bacame a half-phantom. The girl wish to be normal again and yato accepted it. So he is kinda looking for a way so the girl doesn't have to be a half-phantom. Oh and he also need a "shinki" weapon to slay "full" phantoms, but he "lost" his current one? To find a shinki you need to find a human spirit which roams somewhere. :s
Thats the anime, sorry I'm bad with explaining stuff, but the first episode will explain everything. (Kinda)
There are more...plots in the manga. (51 chapters)
I really recommend this anime, it has great animation, soundtracks opening, comedy and story, it's also heart-warming, but not in the angel beats and Clannad way it's just very nice C: (for me)
