Oh yeah! That's a good shot!
I have some lightning-photos too .. maybe you can tell me what you think about them.
This here is great!

Thanks a lot! This was my first attempt at shooting lightning, and out of a hundred-some shots, this one was the best. I'm hoping to get a better percentage next time.

I know very well what you're talking about ..
You don't take it with a long exposure?

No, I did. I just kept shooting until I got a flash, but a lot of them weren't centered very well, or didn't show up very clearly.

The location is such a great place to shoot.
Get the best out of it!
But why not without a flash? With long exposure ..

I meant that I'd use the long exposure and close the shutter when I got a flash of lightning. I love the location out here, but I need to get away from those lights I think. They made it tough to keep the shutter open long.

I see..
Go there soon in the evening. Or maybe when it's cloudy .. but then the lightning will be gone. So you have to give the evening a chance i think

Ok, sounds good. Thanks for the advice. Next time a storm comes through I'll be right out there!
