Great concept! The unusual angle you chose to present it in only adds to its drama. Lovely!
This is only my opinion, but I would personally even out the glow on the left side of the frame a touch. Seems thicker on the bottom half below the arm?
I love all the detail you included in this. The hair particularly grabs my attention as it weaves in and out of the frame. Also the way you chose to color the face gives it an interesting other worldly feel.

I really like the contrast between the darker, bluer, world and the bright, red inside the frame. You have captured so many wonderful small details that really enhance the art. The face seems a little bit off to me but I can't exactly place why or how, so over all wonderfully excellent job overall.
