I use a variety of programs and applications to bring about the effect I'm looking for... Sorry to be so vague, but this particular photo went through at least four different programs for refinements and about a hundred iterations before I got the intended effects. This is just a hobby for me. I have so much to learn, so, for now, my art/photos are just for fun. I'm glad you enjoyed my work.
