Painter X | 2 hoursThis is Ahla from ~katharos 's story The City from the Ashes... she's a High Priestess (of the shamanic kind) whose very beautiful, and whose 'Spirit Guide' is a peacock.

I'm still trying to get to grips with Painter's tools... this was all done in Digital Watercolour, apart from a few places where the scratchboard tool adds some details. Her hair is way too shiny. I cannot colour hair o.o I'm really going to have to work on that.
Overall happy though.
EDIT: Changed the image to have more shadows, darker skin, and fixed up the highlights on the hair.

I like her hair. It's weird and strange, and looks like the kinda thing Ahla would do just for the attention.

Yeah... she wasn't white originally, but I got carried away with shading (and re-shading) her skin... and then I took it into Photoshop to decrease the saturation and it just washed her out completely
I like her hair too, haha, big hair RULES.
