'dark city, dead man' (cult of luna, swedish band) is all that comes to my mind immediately. this is not standard at all. it's not as palliated as all the random skyscraper pics on dA, but nevertheless has enough nuances to be a 'vital' picture. only the angle could be chosen better though.

Thanks for the comment. I agree about the angle, I took this from a car so only had a limited amount of time and of all the pics I took this was the best one (imo) I would love to go back there and look at it properly though!

For some reason I get the Cardiff feeling as well from this... It's probably something to do with the colour of the sky..

The Windy Apple... the Big City... I think I'm getting confused between places with big skyscrapers here...
Although for some, odd, odd reason, it reminds me of Cardiff. Quite why, I don't know...
