Linear - 0
Blur .2

Transform 2
Linear - 1

Final Transform
Linear - 1
Julian - 2
Julian Power - 20
Julian Distance - 1
Scale up slightly.

Go back to Transform 2 and:
Scale up slightly
Rotate left about 90 degrees.
Move up and to the right quite a bit.
Nudge the O point a tad.
