That's how they get you. I hope you didn't release anything. And you must scan your computer for viruses if you went to that sight, because they can give you trojan horses that destroy your hard drive.

I gave them my phone number and email so they could contact me, and downloaded an add-on or something for my Outlook so that they could contact me easier. Is this bad?

Very. Remove that download as soon as you can. And spam their emails so at least you won't get them. Just MAKE sure you scan for viruses, because once they get on, it's usually too late to solve it yourself.

Yes, they're all scams. They just load you with junk mail and other crap. After a while, I learned that and had to change my email because it was spammed so much.
