Best Cartoon Robot host ever! Didn't like his last incarnation, but I watched with baited breath as TOM 1 tangled with the Intruder. TOM 2 was always my favorite -he had a sort of sleek elegance which offset his primitive 90's animation.Related content

Weird thing is, I didn't like TOM at first. "Who wants to see a funny-looking, pot-bellied robot guy watching TV? This is so stupid!" He grew on me, and I fell in love with Toonami after the Intruder incident.
Then I didn't like TOM 2. "Why's he so sleek and dynamic? TOM's supposed to be funny-looking, godammit! This isn't right!" Now I love him.
I still don't quite agree with TOM 3, and I absolutely despise Tomino. If you're interested in reading any fanfiction, my Toonami continuity will have a conclusion that depicts Tomino as a unique (and appropriately unlikeable) character.

TOM 2 was my favorite host. I was disappointed to see the old TOM die but I was immediately reassured when I saw his new body. I've always been a fan of sleek and dynamic

BTW I share you views of the TOMs. The last version was a cheap attempt to liven him up. TOM had a certain style and that style didn't include big googly eyes.
