I was REALLY never a fan of fairy tales..

Yeah, I'm a fan of fairy tales, read all sorts of fairy tale books. And I used to be of disney till I heard how they fired off a bunch of employees, began to outsource, and no longer animated traditionally just to make more money. Evil disney!

Lol I used to raid my public library for those big fat thick volumes of fairy tales. So I know a lot of lesser well known fairy tales like Sapsorrow, The Soldier and the Tin Box (?), The Snow Queen (You might of heard of that though), and the original version of Cinderella where the stepsisters' eyes get poked by birds o_o

How does the storyline go in that one?

Well, the same thing except I think there's more dresses, so Cinderella goes to the ball 3 times and leaves the shoe on the third night.
I don't know if anyone made an animation/movie out of the original one.
You see, in the original one the stepsisters cut their feet to fit into the slipper.
And while the prince is riding away with one of them, a bird says "Look, look, there's blood on her shoe! She's not the real one!"
And the prince is like Oh snap. o_o Lets go back.
And then the other stepsister cuts her foot too.
And the prince is riding away with her again. And the Bird is like "-.- You idiot you fell for it again."
And the prince is like Oh shoot. Better go back again.
And then the REAL Cinderella puts the shoe on. And the Bird is like, "There's no blood on her shoe! She's the real one!"
And the Prince is like OH SNAP! I mean... YEy! ^_^
And the stepsisters run after them screaming before their eyes get picked out by birds.
