that's still sums up the difficulty of a drawing, doesn't it?
It's not just to make the model recognizable but to succeed in transcribing all the emotions of the model... and in this case, I think you're really good!

Thank you, i did notice that i prefer painting subtle expressions
to some, well not so subtle... I would say that i'm more focused
on textures, colors or what ever (different way to present them)
then just replicating...it's kind of like if i see just a tad bit of red
somewhere under the skin i would try to paint it a bit more visible
kind of trying to show how i see it....or something down that line....

Looks like you do know what you are doing this is very good. I like the illusion of thick brush strokes almost like a Jackson Pollock. The underlying realism seems to coalesce from a chaotic outer form. So it also reminds me of Chaos magic. Nope I absolutely love it.
