Description
In this particular instance, I used Midjourney to see what would come up if I tried to generate another character from the novel Neuromancer: Angelo. Now, this character is barely in the book, so he's not really important, nor is he one of the main characters but I'm currently going through a phase where I'm really inspired to generate content about members of the Panther Moderns. So Angelo is one of those members, although he has smaller role than Lupus Yonderboy. He's basically only found in one short passage of the book where he brings the main protagonist, Case, "a box of diskettes" sent by The Finn. Angelo is described as such: "His face was a simple graft grown on collagen and shark cartilage polysaccharides, smooth and hideous. It was one of the nastiest piece of elective surgery Case had ever seen. When Angelo smiled, revealing the razor-sharp canines of some large animal, Case was relieved. Toothbud transplants. He'd seen that before"

So while I can't really say that I've succeeded in rendering Angelo's face the way it's described in the novel, I'm still somewhat happy with the various Angelo generations I've come up with. At the very least, I think I've managed to capture that "cyberpunk" aesthetic and vibe. I plan to revisit that character in the future and see if I can do a better job with the "hideous elective surgery" bit.

For now these could also simply be referred to as "cyberpunk courier" - and I would be fine with that.
