Description Shattered glass,
Falls to pieces.
Nothing lasts,
Slowly decreases.

Say goodnight,
In the morning.
Try to fight,
All your mourning.

Make me last,
That's not possible.
It's leaving fast,
So sick ofΒ Β noble.

Lay me down,
I'm getting tired.
I see you frown,
For what we desired.

Bye-Bye for now,
I am now far.
You wonder how,
You got this scar.

You see the grass,
Is getting taller.
All must pass,
As all gets smaller.

You say you knew me,
But did you really ever?
How could that be?
When you saw me never.

I rather like this, the lines are short and concise. It makes it sound bitter, and from the words and phrasings it's supposed to, unless I've missed my mark.

Yes, it is bitter. Its about a dieing woman and her husband and how she realizes right before she dies that she never knew him, and he never knew her. And thank you! (*_*)

Every human's fear: finding love and finding out it's not truly love. Great job conveying the emotion!

You're welcome!!
