Description
This is a picture I have of my second fav ship next to the Enterprise refit of the Star Trek world. One of the best things about her other than the forward and aft torp tubes is the wings. She carries marines and special transporters in them for landing and boarding parties. This is a fighting ship ONLY!!Related content

Mine too. Second only the the Enterprise refit for me. Those aft torps helped me in a few missions.

Yeah it was one of my favorite tactics, run at them at top speed, fire my full forward array, then swing away and fire the aft array. My favorite trick that would drive my friends crazy was saving energy by dropping one shield completely and never letting them get a shot at it.

I remember the ship class from the ancient FASA Tactical Combat Simulator, for their ST RPG, they had at that time.

That is the one. FASA made the ship and it has been redone over the years and this is the best version of it. I think the new starship combat computer game has it in it but I'm not sure. I know you can add it to the game if it is not. But they fact that the design is so well liked they are talking about making it a official class in the Star Trek Universe now that CBS has control over it. Have to see what happens.

She is a great looking ship design. I wish they have done more with it. I know they did put it in the new Star Trek starship battle game for the computer but I've not gotten the game to know that for a fact. But the cool Romulan Wing Defender I do know is in it. With some of the great work you have done if you could find a good model I'm sure you would do a great scene with them.
