Very beautiful and still did you try one with the wheel going? I'd just suggest a bit more of a crop to take the white lit wall of building out on the right.. bit distracting.

Unfortunately it doesn't run at 4 AM... and when it moves at all it takes 45 minutes for it to go all the way around. When I return to London with a tripod and a camera capable of a longer exposure, I'll give it a shot.
I was wondering about the white lit portion on the right as well. I'll have to see what I can do with it.
