Description At the Pier

The local hang out for one and all, across from major hotels...
And down the beach from some of the most popular pubs and clubs I've ever seen.
Filled with food, carnival games, and expensive rides
I've somehow managed to end up there three times in the last four days.

Strange...

I find myself taking several night shots of Brighton
Expect to see a few of them infiltrate the gallery
Soon

Hopefully

haha yes... my parents are obsessed with Englands so being only 3 weeks short of 18 I've seen most of England already. This is my 19th time in England so far. I've been in Brighton several times, too - but once was whilst being on a student's exchange with some people from Eastbourne. (Do not go there. It's a nice town but we started calling it the open-air-retirement home! Despite that, if you are interested in history, it's Britain's 2nd most bombarded city! Reason being that all the Nazis had to get rid of their bombs before they went back over the channel in their bombers and the route back happened to be via Eastbourne. If they had anything left they dropped it there. After the war they rebuild most of it according to historical plans which is quite interesting. Oh and I stayed in this lovely small house... rosewood cottage or something... small and very dreamlike, it had loads of climbing roses on the front... funny, I don't remember much of that actually But I am randomly telling you about my bygone years now. Gosh I feel old!)

To return to the topic - yes you did do it justice

19 times... wow, I don't think I've ever visited any place that many times period. Well done...

And thank you, that's about the best compliment possible.

Oh! And you're not old!

Thanks very much for errr complimenting on my compliment!

Oh! No, I am not old right now... give it 18 days! Well, today will be gone in 1 1/2 hours so hey, that means in a little while it's only 17 *sigh*
