I have had this idea in my head for a while now. I have been wanting to do a combination of something I built with Lego with an illustration added to it. And being the huge Shirow fan that I am, I decided to base it on some of his older illustrations from Intron Depot 1, but still trying to stay true to my own style. I'm really happy with how her wings and all the gold came out, I think it is very reminiscent of his old color copy machine techniques.If you're interested in seeing more pictures of this Lego moc then check out my Flickr account. this is sick man! and you did well emulating shirow's old techniques, i recognized it immediately before even reading your comments. it's definitely reminiscent of old shirow!
