This is a picture I took of some flags in Tiananmen Square when I went to China. I really love this picture, but once again, I took it with a regular camera and then scanned it so I could post it here. Thus, I blurred it out a bit to fix the bad parts. I really don't have any great type of photoshop (or any type, for that matter!). Even if I did, I'm not sure that I would be fully competent on how to use it. Ah well, for now I'll make do with what I've got. The striking red in the flags really pops out. I was lucky it was such a windy day! The sense of depth is also very cool. I like how the big flags in the middle are echoed by little ones on the big building in the background. Hope you enjoy!Related content

This is an excellent shot. The ripple of the flags give the picture a fresh, crisp movement and the perspective grabs the eye and draws us rapidly into the scene. I enjoy looking at this photo not only for its artistic merit but for the historical perspective as well.
