While I may have become carried away with the details on this one, I've finally wrapped up Day 4 of the 30DayOTPChallenge! And it very well may constitute my most technically challenging piece to date as well, too many perspective points to keep track of...Though, apart from the headaches, I am actually very proud of how this one turned out. Maybe I'll take a look at it after I've had a nap and hate it, but at the moment...it might just be my favourite picture I've drawn to date.
Anyways, perhaps you all will like it too, and I hope all is well! (:

I figured that was a seafood restaurant from the menu in front of Simon then looking down at the comments that supported my hypothesis. I'm sure they had a great time together, you definitely went to the details with the window reflections and the glass of cold water being removed to be refilled. I hope Kava and/or Simon tipped the waiter/waitress well.

I was wondering if the reflection was too subtle, but yay people noticed it! XD And of course Kava tipped well, 20%+ regardless, but I'm sure the waiter/waitress was nice anyways! (hmmm that gives me an idea *makes note*).

Looks proper, at least to my eye not seeing anything that jumps out as wrong perspectivly, nice little smiles and the place looks warm somehow, idk but overall many thumbs up

Thanks Spartan! Yeah, I skipped out on the booze and food since I don't drink all that much myself...and it was easier to draw a scene where they were just arriving at the table, with just a menu out...or at least that's what I had intended XD The scene was meant to be inspired by one of my favourite hole-in-the-wall seafood bars, and it was always a warm and welcoming place, so I'm pleased that came across too.
And glad it all else seems in order, too late to change now, and I do see mistakes everywhere, but by and large, still pretty happy with it! (:
