Yes I love multi-tailed foxes and I've been plotting out this guy for a couple of days now.
As the title says. He's a Kumiho, not a Kitsune. (In my own "Headcannon" the Chinese, Japanese and Korean versions are different species.) So yes this guy is Korean, 700-800 years old, has 7 tails, is malevolent(Bad, evil, etc.), however also lazy, full of himself, sadistic and sneaky.
This most likely will be his finished design. Howeeveerr I would like to add in some small extra markings and maybe even more ribbon-like things.
Haha. He'll be my oldest and most powerful character!
