Ugh. Everything on this sucks.There used to be a camera Mello was looking at, but it looked to awful to keep.
Matt look's good except for the goggles. But Mello is horrible! I colored him in dark gray at first so u could still see his diamonds but then I got the "brilliant" idea to color it black and to use silver to outline the diamonds.
It looks horrible.
Matt's cigarette is on the ground broken.

Look, if you want to go anywhere with manga/anime style art, you need to learn anatomy. Porportion especially. All manga artists started out with realism, then went on to the manga style. Picking up a book about it would be pretty useful. But there is also online tutorials. 
Also, shading. There isn't really a visible light source here.
