Something meanful- A picture is worth a thousand wordsTech info
I played with the levels giving it the insanely dark looking fore clouds and the dark water
I added a photo filter to wash most of the colour out giving it a pseudo black and white look.

Wow it looks like a painting. The way the top clouds are an even haze that change into a thicker deeper cloud then into a pitch black works very well. Nice!

The word "intensity" was the first to enter my mind once the image had loaded fully. Texture of the clouds surrounding the sun is one of the first elements that caught my eye, it seems wispy, ominous, and mystical all at the same time. The blackness in the distance really plays into your title; what is to come seems almost unsure, though the mystery enshrouding it is unmistakable. A great detail in this is the presence of sunlight reflections in the water; it gives the imagery a more positive angle and a nice finishing touch.
Also, on a minor note, your choice of borders was constructed well - I like that it emphasizes the length of the photograph with thicker portions than those of the sides.
Overall this is very well composed.

The contrast between the sky and the water is very cool, how its sort of like a gradient.
The water looks awesome reminds me of when I was on a cruise ship in the mediterannean (I am aware the spelling is probably wrong on that
