And you too can catch a leviahtan with a hook (quote taken from the bible I don't know which book it's from )the photo was pretty wasted out so I played with the levels and curves until the kite was just a silhouette
This photo is pretty old, I was looking for more photos to submit (finally) and I came across this one

The darkness of the picture is very important I feel, makes it seem...moody and oceanic. Nice job.
I'm guessing the beastie is a kite of some kind? The string looks like it is tied to the land :S is it? Anyway, great photo.

A sad, calming and strange athmosphere, very well captured! The colors are harmonious, and the silhouette adds the unusual taste to this photograph. The white border is probably a bit aggressive, maybe it should be thinner?

You know, for some reason I really like this photo, and I can't really put into words why. Maybe it sort of gives a feeling of being alone as the sky continues on forever and ever over the ocean (or really big lake). Maybe it's the progression from dark at the bottom to light at the top. Whatever it is, I love the composition and the tones. I love the hint of blue right in the middle, and the uneven horizon. The border and cropping seem perfect. Usually I try to recommend something to help, but this one is extremely well done already. Great work!
