So I managed to scrounge up the 13 Wishes Lagoona Blue, where she somehow gets changed into a freshwater monster, which apparently also really changes her personality. I guess I'll have to wait for the DVD to see how that actually goes down other than that in the Monster High universe, genie wishes are like monkey's paw wishes and all have weird consequences and side effects. I love the neon yellow hair on the darker blue skin, I just think it looks kind of awesome.She's shown here with my saltwater Skull Shores Lagoona.
