The photo is overexpose which is one reason that makes it stands out and the blue light in it gives the photo a mood, a feeling. If you noticed her whiskers which is a nice white shining through the blue atmosphere which give it a nice detail. It would be nice if the whiskers around her nose and mouth starts out from the light through. Overall, I still thing it is pretty. Also... did you take this in a very... bright day? No sure if 5:02:04 PM consider... bright around your place.
