Yes, it was! If you watch the Germs episode w/ the audio commentary, they will point out that GIR's pig rides a hog. Not the same as your pic, but it reminded me of it.

Oh that. Well I don't have any of the dvds. I USED to watch them on YouTube. Until Viacom found out about it. Anyway, I remember that part and heard Gir's pig ride away on a motorcycle. Thats not where I got the idea but I see how easy it would be to make that joke.
